An explanation of the process and result of how our world class graphic designing team came up with and produced a whole new design for Post a Pretzel

THE PROCESS

To start the new project, our designing team had to get in contact with the team behind Post a Pretzel and communicate back and forth until they both came to an agreement on a design sketch/model that works for both parties and can be completed successfully, this includes the likes of colour schemes and what they want the logo to look like for example.

The team behind Post a Pretzel then gave our team specific packaging and designs to apply the new branding to (i.e the pretzel packaging and social media headers), in which our team then have a clear idea of their needs and what’s needed to ensure they’re happy with the completed project.

Once we’d received all of the criteria from Post a Pretzel we then agreed on a deadline that coincided with the amount of work that was needed to complete the project, which in this case was 2 weeks.

Our team got to work, and within just under 2 weeks we sent a draft of the final designs across to Post a Pretzel, allowing them to comment on any changes that they felt needed doing, allowing it to be as exact and concise to their design as possible.

Then, 2 weeks after starting the creation of the design, and after a few final changes were completed allowing Post a Pretzel to be as happy as possible with their final design, the design and digital product examples were complete.

THE RESULT

Overall the designs came out really well, with Post a Pretzel over the moon with our final result. These designs were perfect for the company as it’s a minimalistic design with a cartoony, not too serious theme allowing it to represent the brand perfectly.

The design really stands out to the potential customers eye, as it’s very different to the usual bag of pretzels which tend to be quite dull and less colourful. Having a brighter, more colourful design also allows Post a Pretzel to be unique compared to their competitors which could give them that edge, allowing them to therefore boost sales.
